About this sauna
Wild Braemar Wilderness Sauna is a mobile, wood-fired setup, taken to riverside and waterfall spots around the Cairngorms rather than fixed in one place.
Each session is built around a wild swim in a waterfall pool, followed by time in the sauna.
What to expect
- Wood-fired mobile sauna, set up beside a river or waterfall pool
- Guided wild swim included as part of the experience
- Private hire only, up to 6 people
- Ages 12 and up
- Changing tent, towels, water shoes and hot drinks provided
- Picnic lunch available on request
