What’s nearby

There’s a café right on the Esplanade for coffee and snacks, and Fraserburgh’s town centre, a short walk away, has more food options for local seafood. The beach itself stretches for miles with dunes on one side and Fraserburgh Harbour visible from the sand. Kinnaird Head Castle and the Museum of Scottish Lighthouses are a short drive away, right on the site of Scotland’s first lighthouse.
