The Noost Sauna, Rosneath Castle Park sits right on the water’s edge on the Gare Loch, within the grounds of Rosneath Castle Park. It takes its name from a “noost”, a traditional shelter once used to store and protect boats by the shore.

Getting there
By car: From Glasgow, follow the M8 to the Erskine Bridge, then the A814 towards Garelochhead, following signs for the B833 to Kilcreggan. The park is about a mile beyond Rosneath on the left. Postcode for sat nav: G84 0QS

Public transport: Helensburgh is the nearest train station, with the 316 bus connecting to Rosneath (about 25 minutes)
