The Highlands offer the widest range of sauna settings in Scotland — lochside locations, woodland retreats, hilltop saunas and remote coastal spots surrounded by mountains.

Sessions range from social community saunas to private outdoor spas, with loch dips, sea swims and plunge baths all on offer. Most involve a scenic drive to get there, which is often half the experience.
