Set on the edge of Loch Long in Arrochar, Eir Sauna is a wood-fired Nordic-style barrel sauna offering a lochside heat and cold experience in the Scottish Highlands.
With views towards the Arrochar Alps, it combines traditional sauna with cold water immersion in the loch, plunge bath or drench bucket.
